How do I shop?

How do I shop?

  1. Choose a category and those items you are interested in.  Choose the number of items.
    Click on the purchase button and the item(s) will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.

  2. In the shopping cart you can see the items you wish to purchase. If you want to see the items, press checkout.
    If you wish to make changes, or remove items, you can do this in the shopping cart phase of your purchase.

    Choose your payment type (pay before the item is sent).
    Choose your delivery method. After your choices are made, press "Continue to customer information".

  3. If you are already a registered customer, login. If not, you need to register as a customer.
    It is important that you type the correct e-mail address as your receipt of purchase will be sent to this address.

  4. To continue, please check your order. Press "Send order!". At this stage you must accept the conditions of purchase.

  5. Your order will come to us at the same time you receive receipt of your purchase sent to your e-mail address.
    If you do not receive the receipt within one day, please contact us.

  6. Your items will be delivered within 14 days. It is our goal to deliver in-stock products on the day after we receive payment.

*You can pay by bank transfer or online via credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
*The goods will be sent to your chosen destination as soon as we receive your payment, or the day after this.

Delivery
*We deliver/ship in-stock products only through our carrier DHL or via Swedish Post Service.
*Please provide a valid phone number. This is required by DHL to ship your order and be able to contact you regarding your delivery if needed.
*For delivery, a fee for shipping and handle will be added.
